作品规则指引 / Entry Submission Guidelines：
中文毛笔组 Chinese Brush Calligraphy
须以毛笔书写，字体及格式不拘
参赛者可自行订定书写内容及选用纸张材质
Participants must write with a brush. Font style and format are not restricted.
Participants may decide on their own writing content and choice of paper material.
中文硬笔组 Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy
英文硬笔组 English Hard Pen Calligraphy
使用铅笔、原子笔或钢笔等硬笔书写，字体及格式不拘
参赛者可自行订定书写内容及选用纸张材质
Participants are advised to write with hard pens such as pencils, ballpoint pens, or fountain pens. Font style and format are not restricted.
Participants may decide on their own writing content and choice of paper material.
比赛细则 / Entry details：
1、欢迎参赛者使用在其他比赛的作品；
2、报名资料一经提交，不可更改；
3、参赛者需确保提交作品与参赛组别相符；
4、如提交之作品因任何原因未能打开，参赛者将不获评分；
Participants are permitted to submit entries that have been used in other competitions.
Once the registration information has been submitted, it cannot be altered.
Participants must ensure that the submitted entry corresponds to the designated competition category.
If the submitted entry fails to open for any reason, the participant will be disqualified.
参赛作品要求 / Entry Requirement：
1、作品必须由参赛者本人独立完成，或在家长和指导老师的指导下独立完成；
2、若被发现涉非参赛者的原作，包括请人代笔，将被取消参赛资格；
3、参赛作品如抵触任何法例，一切法律责任将由参赛者承担，本会概不负责；
4、
所有参赛作品不能含有不良意识或任何具争议性及不恰当之内容。
5、参赛作品不能含有宣传商业或政治元素。
6、
投稿方式：通过whatsapp提交参赛作品。
档案上载前必须把档案名称储存为「参赛组别_参赛者中或英文全名」
The work must be independently completed by the participant or independently completed under the guidance of parents and instructors.
If it is found that the work is not the original creation of the participant, including cases of ghostwriting, the participant will be disqualified.
If the submitted work violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the organization will not be held responsible.
All submitted works must not contain inappropriate content, controversial elements, or anything deemed unsuitable.
Submitted works must not contain commercial or political promotional elements.
Submission method: Submit the entry via WhatsApp.
File name must be saved as " Category_Participant’s Full Name in Chinese or English" before uploading.
评分标准 / Judging Criteria：
评判将根据参赛者整体的作品作出评级及评分，比赛成绩为0至100分
亦考虑参赛者下列各方面的表现：
The judges will rate and score participants based on the overall quality of the submitted entry, with the competition results ranging from 0 to 100 points. The following aspects will also be considered:
结构布局 (50%)
端正度/比例、整体结构完整性、字之间的呼应与协调
书写技巧 (40%)
笔划的运用、转折的流畅性以及用墨的浓淡变化
艺术表现 (10%)
作品韵味、情感表达、艺术氛围
Structure & Layout (50%)
Accuracy of proportions, overall structural integrity, and harmony between characters.
Writing Technique (40%)
Stroke execution, smoothness of turns, and variation in ink density.
Artistic Expression (10%)
Aesthetic appeal, emotional depth, and overall artistic atmosphere.
评判将按以上之准则为作品评分。
每个作品将由2位专业评判评分，以确保公平性。
评审团成员包括本协会顾问、各办学团体代表，以及业界资深人士。
The judges will score the performances based on the above criteria.
Each work will be scored by 2 professional judges to ensure fairness.
The judging panel includes advisors from our association, representatives from various educational institutions, and industry veterans.
奖项及荣誉 / Awards：
【个人奖项 / Individual Awards】
每个参赛年龄组别，各设以下奖项：
For each age group category, the following awards will be presented:
金奖 Gold Award (90分以上/90 points and above)
银奖 Silver Award (80分以上/80 points and above)
铜奖 Bronze Award (70分以上/70 points and above)
优异奖 Merit Award (69分以下/below 69 points)
得奖者可申请订制印有参赛者名称的奖项。
Award recipients may apply for customized awards displaying the participant's name.
订制奖项费用 / Customized Award Fees：
实体奖状 Certificate HKD$250
奖状＋奖牌 Certificate + Medal HKD$300
奖状+奖杯 Certificate + Trophy HKD$320
奖状＋奖牌＋奖杯 Certificate + Medal + Trophy HKD$350
【学校/团体奖项 / School/Group Awards】
．任何学校/教育中心/团体推荐参赛者达10名或以上，可获「团体奖」
．
Any school/educational center/group recommending 10 or more participants will receive a "Group Award".
．任何导师推荐参赛者达5名或以上，可获「导师奖」
．
Any instructor recommending 5 or more participants will receive an "Instructor Award".
领取奖项细则 / Award Collection Details：
1、比赛得奖结果将以电邮通知，并于此网站上刊登；
2、比赛奖项将于奖项申请结束后两个月内发送；
3、比赛奖项及证书均采用
顺丰速运运费到付
寄送；
4、所有比赛奖项一经签收或领取，如有任何损坏或遗失，将不获补发；
5、如因填写资料有误或无法顺利联系，以致包裹无法投递，主办方概不负责。
The competition results will be notified via email and published on this website.
Awards will be dispatched within two months after the award application period ends.
All awards and certificates will be sent via SF Express with freight collect.
Once the awards have been signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued for any damages or losses.
The organizer is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information or unsuccessful contact attempts.
注意事项 / Important Notes：
1、本协会有权将参赛者之影片以文字、录音、录影或其他形式等公开刊载或播放；
2、主办机构有权拒绝不恰当、与比赛主题无关或格式错误的参赛作品；
3、参赛作品不能含有淫亵、不良意识、侮辱成分或任何具争议性及不恰当之内容；
4、参赛者须明了和同意本次比赛的规则和章程；
5、参赛者如有违反任何比赛规则，主办单位和评审委员会有权取消其参赛资格；
6、本协会信任并尊重评判根据其专业及经验而作出的最后判断；
7、评审会就大赛事宜保留最终决定权，参赛者不得异议；
8、本协会保留更改以上所有条款内容及诠释比赛规则之权利而无须另行通知。
9、得奖者不得将其得奖资格转让予其他人。
10、所有参赛者必须遵守比赛规则，提交及参赛表示同意及清楚比赛细则及声明。
11、如有任何争议，本协会将保留最终决定权。
The association reserves the right to publish or broadcast participants' videos in text, audio, video, or other formats.
The organizer reserves the right to reject inappropriate, off-topic, or incorrectly formatted submissions.
Entries must not contain obscene, offensive, insulting, controversial, or inappropriate content.
Participants must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of the competition.
If participants violate any competition rules, the organizer and judging committee reserve the right to disqualify them.
The association trusts and respects the judges' final decisions based on their professional expertise and experience.
The judging panel reserves the final decision on all competition matters, and participants may not contest these decisions.
The association reserves the right to amend the above terms and interpret the competition rules without prior notice.
Award recipients may not transfer their award qualifications to others.
All participants must comply with the competition rules; submission and participation indicate agreement and understanding of the competition details and statements.
In case of any disputes, the association reserves the final decision.
